FYI - Forever Young Inside: TBA		Purpose Dedicated to serving the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of those aged 50 and up through special events, activities, resources, special speakers, and fellowship. Need The church must be concerned with the whole person. Seniors look to the church to assist them in meeting spiritual, emotional, and functional needs. This includes the active church family member, the house-bound member, the hospitalized member, even the hurting member. Seniors also have the need of just being needed, thus they serve the Lord in various ways in the church family and in other church ministries. Duties We strive to assist the pastoral staff by discovering spiritual gifts in our seniors, training them, equipping, coordinating, and placing in service those seniors to do the work of ministry at New Harbor Community Church. "It was he who gave some to apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." Ephesians 4:11-13
