Hilton & Neta Ham Nursery Directors hiltonham@newharborchurch.com Biography Hilton and Neta met in a small church in Sacramento in 1961. They were married in that same church in 1963. They have been active in church service ever since. Hilton was saved at the age of 16. He was ordained as a Baptist Deacon in 1974 and has served on several church construction committees over the years. Neta was saved at the age of 7. She has always worked with children and has been on various church committees. They joined New Harbor in 2002 (just about the time Benicia Bible and New Harbor merged). The Lord led them to be Directors of the Nursery. They love taking care of the babies and get very attached to them. They both believe that if the nursery is running smoothly, the parents can enjoy church without worrying about their children. Hilton and Neta have two children, Christopher and Kelli. Christopher is an RN in Sacramento, and Kelli owns a construction company with her dad in Benicia. Kelli has three wonderful boys: Sam, Nick, and Alex. They are so thankful for Jesus Christ and His love. He is the center of their home. They know that anything is possible through Christ who strengthens them. Favorite Things We love spending time with our grandsons the most. We feel so blessed to have such precious boys. Hilton likes to golf and work in the yard. Neta likes shopping and home decoration. We both like to entertain friends and have Bible studies in our home. Hilton loves to listen to gospel music, and Neta loves to hear Hilton sing along. Neta also loves to read books by Max Lucado. J. Vernon McGee's Through the Bible and The Purpose Driven Life are two other favorites. Life Scriptures "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
