Pastoral internships require a teachable heart, a sacrificial lifestyle, and a deep love for people. Ultimately every pastor is an undershepherd to Jesus who is the great shepherd. The process will require a commitment to following a pastor's direction in your life that will help you to discover if pastoring is what God has called you too. Each year you will be evaluated and encouraged in the direction God is calling you. This is a clinical approach to ministry and will have both educational and practical requirements based on each year's progress. You must be at least 20 years old to engage in this internship.
